we don't just assess gender inequality issues - we actively campaign to empower women within the mining sector. Our Women in Mining initiative promotes female entrepreneurship, skills training, property rights, financing assistance.

We thoroughly investigate gender dynamics speaking with female stakeholders to surface issues often overlooked when their voices go unheard. Quantitative and qualitative data paint a full picture of women’s dependence on or vulnerability to resources threatened by mining.
